The Night of Museums will take place on May, 16 at the Museum of Medicine and Pharmacy at the Medical University of Silesia..

As every year, staff from the Museum and the Medical University of Silesia Library Branch in Sosnowiec have organised a range of activities. There will be free guided tours of the Museum. Librarians will lead art workshops, activities and ‘explosive’ experiments for children. Students from the associations and research societies of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Sosnowiec invite visitors to the demonstration and measurement stations. A raffle with prizes will undoubtedly be a highlight. During the outdoor game, participants will test their powers of observation.

6.30-7.00 pm - explosive shows and workshops
7.00-7.45 pm - the museum game ‘Spot the Intruder’
8.00 pm - lottery
8.30-9.30 pm - guided tour of the Museum
9.30-10.30 pm - decoupage workshop
10.30-11.30 pm - guided tour of the Museum
