From June 3rd to 7th, the SUM Library held a Week of Old Age as part of the 50 Weeks in the City of Science celebrations. Librarians from the branches in Ligota, Sosnowiec and the reading room in Katowice hosted senior citizens on the thresholds of the SUM Main Library in Warszawska Street.

The attractions prepared by the librarians included:

• brewing and drinking herbal teas together,
• przeglądanie przygotowanych przez bibliotekarzy książek dotyczących zdrowego stylu życia i relaksu,
• bookcrossing,
• assistance with mobile applications,
• bath ball making workshop held on Friday, June 7th.
