Protection of intellectual property, copyright and related rights
Subject 'Protection of intellectual property, copyright and related rights' is taught in the fifth year of the Medical Analytics course at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Sosnowiec. The aim of the course is to familiarise students with basic concepts and principles related to the protection of intellectual property, including industrial property rights and copyrights, as well as legal use of industrial property and copyrights of third parties. The SUM e-learning platform includes teaching aids - authored and selected from those generally available on the Internet. The classes conclude with an online test verifying the acquired information.
