Reporting of SUM publications

PLEASE NOTE: Comprehensive analyses of the scientific achievements of the University Units can only be properly carried out only by the SUM Library. This analysis is possible on the basis of the lists of historical codes and unit names reported by the Bibliography and Bibliometrics Department.

teczkaBibliographical material should be submitted to the Department immediately after publication in the form of a copy or original publication: in person, by post or by e-mail to bibinfo@sum.edu.pl. bibinfo@sum.edu.pl.

Submitted copies of publications should include the following details:

for journal articles:

  • the title page of the book;
  • first and last page of the article;
  • indication of the licence if the article has been published in open access;
  • the number of the contract for the scientific research work (if any) of which the article is the scientific result.

for a book/chapter:

for conference proceedings:

  • the title page of the journal or conference proceedings in which the paper or congress abstract is published
  • pages containing information on the name, place and date of the congress;
  • conference proceedings or abstract, first and last page.
  • the website address if the abstracts or conference proceedings have been made available online
  • the number of the contract for the scientific research work (if any) that has led to the scientific work in the paper or the abstract of the congress

Please, note! Papers without this detail or with incomplete information will not be included in the bibliographic database.
