Confirmation of scientific achievements
Acknowledgements of academic achievement are performed for the purposes of competitive procedures for academic staff positions, when changing position and/or management function, and for the evaluation of academic staff.
Confirmation of academic achievement may include:
- the number of scientific works published before 1990 that are not included in the SUM Publications Database with the correct scores supplemented and/or
The analysis is carried out on the basis of the list provided by the author. In some cases, it may be necessary to add to the number of works listed in the previously published printed version of the SUM Publications Bibliography.
- the number of scientific papers with appropriate scores published since 1990 based on the contents of the SUM Publications Database.
The number of citations and works cited, as well as the Hirsch index are provided on the basis of Web of Science and Scopus, which are available on the SUM website and as part of the 'remote work' service.
