Please be advised that an error has occurred in the calculation of the Impact Factor for the journal Polish Heart Journal-Kardiologia Polska [ISSN 0022-9032] in the latest edition of the Journal Citation Reports database.

According to information received from the database provider, the correct IF for this journal in the 2025 edition is 4.4. The higher value (7.4) resulted from a change to the journal’s title in 2024 and the exclusion of 2023 publications from the calculations.

An update to the Journal Citation Reports, and consequently a correction of the index to the proper value, is planned for September. Until then, the basis for reporting the index will be the correction provided by the database provider.

Please note that the SUM Publications Database provides information regarding IF values, five-year IF and quartiles only visible on the university network or via a proxy server.
