Want to quickly find the full texts of articles, books and scholarly publications available in our library?

Take advantage of Google Scholar with access to SUM Library resources! With this feature, you will gain quick access to licensed materials.

How to do it?

Do you work on a computer connected to the University's network (including through proxy or remote access)?

• You don't have to do anything. Google Scholar will recognize your affiliation.
• When searching for articles, you will see links to the full texts available in our databases!

Do you work on a computer or other device outside the University's computer network network??

• Enter Google Scholar;
• In Settings choose Library links;
• Enter in the search box our library that is Library of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice.;
• Check the box next to the Library name and click Save;
• Now, when you search for articles, you will see links to the full texts available in our databases!
• Note that the link in Google Scholar is only an information about the availability of resources. You will see the full text of the article, book or publication when you log in to the University's network.
