{"id":24415,"date":"2024-09-04T13:51:47","date_gmt":"2024-09-04T11:51:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biblioteka.sum.edu.pl\/?page_id=24415"},"modified":"2025-05-06T10:25:03","modified_gmt":"2025-05-06T08:25:03","slug":"program-partnerski-frontiers","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/biblioteka.sum.edu.pl\/en\/dla-publikujacych\/programy-otwartego-publikowania\/program-partnerski-frontiers\/","title":{"rendered":"Frontiers Institutional Partnership"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frontiers Institutional Partnership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On September 1st 2024, the Silesian Medical University in Katowice joined <em>the Institutional partnerships programme<\/em> of Frontiers Publishing, which enables authors affiliated with SUM to obtain a 10% publication discount for the APC (Article Processing Charges) quota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Publication eligibility for the programme occurs during the publication submission process in the publisher system. Below are the eligibility criteria in order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Author's selection of a Frontiers Publishing Partner institution <strong>(Medical University of Silesia)<\/strong> as the funding institution for the publication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Corresponding author's email address, if it is in <strong>@sum.edu.pl<\/strong> or <strong>@365.sum.edu.pl<\/strong> domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medical University of Silesia<\/strong> as the first affiliation of the correspondence author.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting one of the above conditions will result in pre-qualification of the article for SUM funding. The final qualification is made in the publication registration system by the program administrator at the SUM Library.
