{"id":20507,"date":"2023-12-01T13:32:29","date_gmt":"2023-12-01T12:32:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biblioteka2.sum.edu.pl\/?page_id=20507"},"modified":"2026-03-27T13:20:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T12:20:04","slug":"zasady-korzystania-z-baz","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/biblioteka.sum.edu.pl\/en\/zasoby\/najczesciej-uzywane-bazy\/zasady-korzystania-z-baz\/","title":{"rendered":"Using rules to access e-resources"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Licensed resources are subject to copyright protection.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Licensed resources can be used by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">SUM employees and students on SUM network computers or private computers via <a href=\"https:\/\/biblioteka2.sum.edu.pl\/en\/zdalny-dostep-do-zbiorow\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"19957\" target=\"_self\">remote access<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>other users only on-site in the SUM libraries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;color:#a5c73d\"><strong>Database licences prohibit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>substantial or systematic copying of many articles, issues or volumes of a journal, whole chapters of books,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to publish the licensed resources in whole or in part,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use software to automatically search for and download online content,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>selling, reselling and other commercial use of the licensed material.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The number of articles downloaded at one time should correspond to the actual needs arising from the scientific or research and teaching work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Wykorzystanie licencjonowanych zasob\u00f3w elektronicznych w procesie eksploracji tekstu i danych (Text and Data Mining &#8211; TDM) mo\u017ce by\u0107 przedmiotem odr\u0119bnych zasad.
