{"id":18830,"date":"2023-11-16T16:12:11","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T15:12:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/biblioteka2.sum.edu.pl\/?page_id=18830"},"modified":"2024-09-06T13:26:22","modified_gmt":"2024-09-06T11:26:22","slug":"komunikat","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/biblioteka.sum.edu.pl\/en\/dla-publikujacych\/punktacja-publikacji\/komunikat\/","title":{"rendered":"Komunikat"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Announcement on the removal of journals from the Web of Science Core Collection database<\/strong> (20.03.2023)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justuj\"><br>On the official blog of <a href=\"https:\/\/clarivate.com\/blog\/supporting-integrity-of-the-scholarly-record-our-commitment-to-curation-and-selectivity-in-the-web-of-science\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Clarivate<\/a> (producer of Web of Science and Journal Citation Reports) an announcement has been made about the evaluation process for journals indexed in Web of Science. <strong>The result of the review is the withdrawal of some titles from Web of Science Core Collection<\/strong>, such as the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health - MDPI Publishing House<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biomed Research International by HINDAWI LTD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disease Markers - HINDAWI LTD Publishing House<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oxidative Medicine And Cellular Longevity - HINDAWI LTD Publishing House<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annals of Palliative Medicine - AME PUBLISHING COMPANY<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justuj\">Since the early 2023 more than 500 journals have been flagged as potentially not meeting Clarivate's criteria. More than 50 of these journals have been removed from WoS.
