from Splendor<\/a><\/strong> (expertus.com.pl) \u2013  helps you choose the right journal for publishing an article that meets the scoring criteria, taking into account available funding programs for open-access publications (publication fees may be covered in full or in part by national or institutional funding programs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It allows you to search and refine results based on criteria such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ministerial scoring (in accordance with the current list of scientific journals published by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education on 5 January 2024,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>publisher covered by open access publishing programs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>words in the journal title,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISSN number,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ministry of Science and
